I just had an unforgettable experience at Wing Snob on Ann Arbor Road, and I must commend the exceptional leadership of AP, who was running the night shift. From the moment I walked through the door, the energy was vibrant, and the service was flawless! AP's management skills were evident in every aspect of our visit. She maintained a warm and welcoming atmosphere, greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring that all customers felt valued. It’s clear she knows how to lead her team, as they were efficient, attentive, and worked seamlessly under her guidance. The wings were, as always, out of this world! AP encouraged her team to keep everything fresh and perfectly cooked, and it showed. My order was deliciously sauced— crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the flavors were over-the-top fantastic. My favorites were the garlic parmesan and Sweet Chili— absolutely heavenly! The food smelled so good that I had to eat in the car. What really stood out was AP’s ability to multitask. She was actively engaging with patrons while checking in on her staff, ensuring everything from food preparation to customer satisfaction was running smoothly. The teamwork was inspiring, and it made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I cannot praise AP and her crew enough! If you haven’t been to Wing Snob yet, do yourself a favor and visit. With such excellent leadership under AP, I will definitely list this place as a Michigan gem.
